Operator: Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Logdedupe is a product of Agen2ic, LLC. These terms are stated on behalf of the operating entity. No postal address, company number, VAT number or registered agent is published at this time; the owner is aware this is a gap. The product is provided as-is, and these terms reflect the software's actual capabilities and limitations.

What this product is

Logdedupe is a browser-based tool that groups log lines into patterns with counts. It processes data entirely client-side: you paste or upload log text, the browser computes the patterns, and nothing leaves your device. There is no server, no database, no API, and no accounts.

No data collection or storage

Logdedupe does not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your data on any server. All computation occurs in your browser's JavaScript runtime. When you close the tab, every line and every pattern is gone. No analytics, telemetry, or tracking is employed.

What the tool does NOT do

Logdedupe is a pattern detection tool, not a log analysis platform. Specifically:

✘ It does not parse vendor-specific log schemas (AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or any proprietary format)
✘ It does not connect to any log service, API, or agent
✘ It does not interpret, explain, or diagnose the meaning of any log message
✘ It does not store, sync, or share data across devices or sessions

Accuracy and limitations

Logdedupe uses heuristic pattern matching to detect common variable formats (timestamps, IP addresses, UUIDs, hex identifiers, etc.). The detection is based on regular expression patterns and is not guaranteed to correctly identify every variable in every log format. Misidentified variables may cause lines that should be grouped to appear as separate patterns, or vice versa. The tool provides its best-effort grouping and is not a substitute for manual log analysis in critical situations.

Users should verify the grouped output against their raw logs, especially when the patterns are used for incident response or operational decisions.

Billing

Logdedupe is offered for a one-time payment of $19 USD (the Pro tier). There is also a Free tier with the same functionality — the Pro purchase is a supporter model for professionals who find value in the tool. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or renewal fees. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the tool on every device you own.

What you are buying. A one-time license to use the Logdedupe web application (the pattern detection tool). This is a purchase of access to the software — not a subscription, not a service contract. There are no accounts, no stored user data, and no ongoing obligations on either side after the transaction completes.

Payment processing. Payments, when implemented, will be handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Logdedupe itself does not receive, store, or process payment card details. The payment processor's own terms and privacy policy apply to the data you provide during a transaction.

No payment processor is currently connected. The checkout form on this site is a demonstration only. Until a payment processor is integrated, no real payment can be accepted and no purchase is binding.

Failed payments. Because this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), a failed payment means the transaction does not complete. No product or access is delivered, and no further action is taken. The customer is invited to retry the purchase. For billing questions about a payment attempt, no contact address is available at this time — the operator is aware this is a gap.

Refund policy. If you purchase a license and Logdedupe does not work as described (the tool fails to load, the pattern detection engine does not function, or the site is unavailable for an extended period), you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, no contact address is available at this time — the operator is aware this is a gap. Refunds for one-time purchases are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Because this is a browser-based tool with no server dependency, the refund case is narrow — the tool either loads and runs in your browser, or it does not.

Contact for billing issues. For any billing question, failed payment, or refund request, no contact address is available at this time. The operator is aware this is a gap.

Intellectual property

The Logdedupe software, including its pattern detection engine, visual design, and associated code, is the intellectual property of its developer. You may use the tool for any lawful purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software.

Disclaimer of warranties

Logdedupe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce correct results for every input. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of Logdedupe. Because all processing occurs client-side, the tool cannot and does not cause data loss, data exfiltration, or service disruption on any external system.

Governing law

No governing law or jurisdiction has been specified. These terms are stated without reference to a particular legal system until the operating entity is registered.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the operating entity is registered, payment processing is implemented, or the product's architecture changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
